Mr. McCarty has 29 years in the collection industry as both a senior level manager and collection agency owner. He obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and a M.B.A. from Central Michigan University
His professional experience crosses many business segments of debt collection from marketing/sales to senior production roles in government, consumer, commercial and legal collections. He is well versed in call center operation and collection strategy design. He possesses an intimate understanding of the collection industry that will assist in forging processes improvement changes impacting the legal industry and changing the shape of debt collection.
